Crafting Joyful Learning: The Story Behind LineArtRoom

Hello! I’m Yonna, an interior designer, a wife, and a proud mom to a curious 10-year-old. My love for creativity has always been a part of who I am, whether expressed through color, drawing, crocheting, crafting or design. In 2012, I launched an Etsy shop selling handmade scrapbooks and journals. However, balancing this creative venture with a full-time interior design career eventually became overwhelming, leading me to step away.

When my son began preschool in 2017, I made the choice to leave my job and fully focus on him. This shift ignited a new passion for me by creating fun, educational materials to support his learning. I quickly discovered how much I enjoyed crafting engaging and colorful resources and soon realized I wanted to share them with other parents and caregivers.

In 2020, I relaunched LineArtRoom on Etsy, this time with a new vision: providing interactive and affordable preschool printables designed to make learning fun. By 2024, I was ready to take the next step and launched my own website, offering a wide range of products from coloring pages, worksheets to indoor activities (busy books), flashcards, handmade crochet items and many more. All created to nurture children’s curiosity and creativity while producing premium quality crochet keepsakes for lasting memories.
