Processing Time

• For ready-handmade crochet and amigurumi items, we will process and ship your order on the next business day.

• Digital downloads are available immediately upon purchase and are not subject to shipping fees or delays.

Shipping Rates

• Shipping rates for physical items are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Shipping Timeline

• Once shipped, delivery times will vary from 2 to 3 working days (Mon to Fri, exclude National Holiday).

• For handmade crochet and amigurumi items will be shipped locally using Singpost Smartpac with tracking number to your letterbox. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 5 business days of your order, feel free to contact us and we'll be glad to help.

• Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or customs.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

• If your handmade crochet or amigurumi items arrive damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will gladly arrange for a replacement or refund based on the situation.

International Shipping

• Currently, we do not provide international shipping service.

Lost or Stolen Packages

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once an order is shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier. However, we will assist in filing claims with the carrier if an issue arises.
